I Have a very bad experience with Affordable Locksmith. I was unlocked from my apartment. The company sent their staff to unlock my door. After making damages to my lock and door frame, they decided to not charge me but leave the damage to me. The worst thing is when I closed the door only after 2 minutes the guy left. I could not open my door with my key this time. I called Affordable Locksmith again. Someone said they were done their job and I have to pay $200 dollars if I ask them to come back. But it was the result from their previous work because the part of the lock was broken inside. It is not worked. So I was locked out again because of the result of their service. When I called 3rd or 4th times to ask what the solution, I was told that they informed me before the damage happened. That was all a lie. I especially asked if the door would be damaged before the guy started his job. The answer was no. I can not believe the company simply used cutting the telephone line on the other side when we were talking as their solution to their client. I can only say Affordable Locksmith is not a professional locksmith company and be careful when you choose them.

ReplyDeleteI tried to contact this company again for the issue yesterday. As long as they understood I am the client from yesterday, they left me alone with music. That's the way they deal with client's complaint.
